The topic of creativity and problem solving skills has risen up the agenda over the past two years given the need for more critical and flexible thinking. So are questions about what we use space for, how to optimise physical and virtual workspaces, how to attract and retain the best and brightest and similar.
In his role at Google, these issues are a big priority for Kirk. He is also being asked to help other partner organisations in this area and challenge them on how they think about this right now.
We’re delighted that Kirk has agreed to take time out of his busy schedule to address our Workplace Design audience in person on stage at Rikli Conference Center. An experience not to be missed!

Kirk applies his practice to his passion for sport where he helps elite teams and athletes to ‘outthink’ the opposition. Among other projects, he leads creative problem-solving modules for the UEFA Pro Licence and Sporting Director programmes for the English Football Association.
He also advises and supports a number of organisations including adidas, Intuit and ING.

About Alex Pinter
Innovation is truly a confusing buzzword which many people love to hate. Every C-suite worldwide agrees that it is super important. If you ask “Google“ for an innovation definition, it is less than helpful, coming up with over 300 million results with thousands of definitions.
Alex emphasizes on strategic innovation and growth which offers a fresh perspective to look at three key areas: (1) where to play, (2) how to play, and (3) how to win. For him, it is all about creating 360° value for clients.
He is also a subject matter expert in sports/esports – an industry where he spent most of his professional career building disruptive startups with international scale.
