What’s In It For Me?
Mark Eltringham, Workplace Insight, UK
Publisher & Speaker
Mark will explain why, as property markets and working cultures adjust to a new normal world, organizations are rediscovering timeless truths about offices and how people work together. The most effective aspects of office design from years ago still endure, even as new approaches emerge.
Mark Eltringham has been examining this evolution, showing how workplaces now reflect both what has changed and what remains essential. A new generation of offices demonstrates this balance, how much the world has shifted, how much has stayed the same, and how much we have rediscovered.
Mark will present this on the basis of case studies such as Sage Leipzig, GSK London and New Balance Amsterdam.

At the conference, she will share the workplace lessons she has gained from more than 20 years of experience, advising various Slovenian and international companies in HR systems, management, recruitment and selection, development, and employment law.
