Steve Henigan is the founder and CEO of HCG with responsibility for delivery of workplace consultancy and change management, working with clients on a global scale.
He is the past chair of the Corenet UK Workplace community and is recognised in the Workplace Leaders Top 50 for 2024, he was also named Business Person of the Year at the 2025 London SME Business Awards.
He regularly presents at various workplace and Facilities Management events for organisations such as the RICS, IFMA, BIFM and Corenet. He has a keen interest in research and has published a number of papers/ articles exploring the relationship between workplace and wellbeing, productivity and profitability.
